A single outage for Phone, Cable, or Internet
- On Weekdays (after 4:30 PM), Weekends, and Holidays, Customers should call into one of our office phone numbers and choose support.
- After Hours Customer Service and Tech Support will troubleshoot issue by phone.
- If Customer Service and Tech Support cannot solve by phone, we will call you and troubleshoot over phone. Weekdays we do not call after 8PM. Weekends and Holidays if we will do our best to call you before 8PM.
- If we cannot handle the incident by phone, we will take care of next business day.
- If the caller states it is an emergency, and cannot wait for the next business day, we will charge $90.00 / hour minimum.
Mass outage for Phone, Cable, or Internet
- If multiple calls come in On Weekdays (after 4:30 PM), Weekends, and Holidays, for a mass outage we will take action ASAP depending on Weather, Lighting, and Safety Conditions.
